Do you have any allergy safe creations?

While every effort is made to keep nut products separated from non-nut products, and gluten products separated from gluten-free products.  We do use the same equipment for both.  However it is cleaned after and prior to each type of product being made in an attempt to avoid contamination.

Do you have a return policy?

We are very proud of our products and your satisfaction is very important to us.

 If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please contact us. In Store Pickups will be checked for satisfaction with each customer at time or pick up.  If you have placed an order online with our shipping option, please contact us with any problems within 48 hours of delivery. 

What is your shipping policy?

Shipping Policy:

* All of our products are made by hand and with care, please allow 3-5 business days        for the creation of all online orders. 

* Orders will ship Monday thru Thursday.

* Depending on the location of the order, an ice pack will be added for a $2.00 fee

* We ship using the U.S. Postal service and prices are based off of weight & location.  

* Bulk Orders will receive a separate shipping invoice, based off the size of the order.

Do you do custom orders?

Absolutely! Please contact us and we will make every effort to cater to your exact need.

I would like to place a large order. Can I place it through the online store?

We would love to help you with your large order!  Please make sure to contact us at the store via phone 336-648-8160 or via email, to ensure your order can be made to your specifications. 

Where are your products made?

All products listed online are made from scratch (and with a whole lot of love) at our store front location in Mount Airy, North Carolina.

I would like to sell your products in my store. Are you accepting new retailers?

Absolutely! Contact us for details on our wholesale policy and prices.

Can you donate to my charitable event?

PMC has been so blessed with the outpouring of love given by our community and we love to give back. Due to our size, the amount of charitable contributions we are able to provide are limited. Please fill out this form and we will contact you with an answer as soon as possible.

I chose to pick up my order at your store front location, when will it be ready and for how long will you hold it?

All Items are made by hand and love, please allow 3-5 business days for the creation of your items.  The shop is open for pick up Monday-Tuesday 10a-5p, Thursday 10a-5p, Friday and Saturday 10a-7p and Sunday 12p-5p.  If you need an item(s) sooner please call 336-648-8160 to make arrangements.  

Because of the perishable nature of several of our items, we can only hold your order for 48 hours past the prearranged time of pick up.
